Entdoc, thanks for the candid remarks! Going on 12 years with this stock tease. My personal PPHM psychological roller coaster went too high in Sept 2012...and I've been reeling from it ever since.... so, in my case, I need to avoid additional fuel on the fire, as my patience has been worn thin.
