Audited financials aren't necessary to substantiate an LOI as that is a legal contract not a financial transaction.

Both LOI's included payments from the financier and appeared in the financials. I have no reason to disbelieve there financials they post quarterly.

Yes they are not audited but if you require audited financials for credibility you really shouldn't be involved in Pinksheet companies.

Audited financials doesn't mean accurate it means they met the standards for preparation. Like Enron they met that criteria but they weren't accurate.

I have personally done 5 PP transaction with the company and each of them appeared correctly in the financials so I am confident in them.

You may not be but that isn't enough evidence that they are not accurate any more than audited guarantees accuracy. Think of how many companies have to restate earnings despite passing audit.

An LOI is a "letter of intent" not a guarantee of a closed deal. It just set the terms and conditions for a deal.

No deal closing is not proof that an LOI didn't exist.

While not perfect there is far more evidence that management is honest than there is they are not. Certainly some of their announcements can question that as they have announced things that never happened. That appears to be more poor communication IMHO than dishonesty but each investor has to make their own choice on that as it's not clear cut.

They have PR'd more than one thing and it never happened nor did they clarify it but the entire body of announcements provides enough evidence of honesty than the events you constantly mention.

Investors have to decide who here is credible and who isn't. I side with the company and you against it.

I have actual funds on the line, you appear to not. Neither of us have been right about the stock as you have claimed for years now sub penny and it hasn't and I have said it will go up and it hasn't. I have continued to back my talk with buying as you have continued to not be at risk.

Time will tell and one of us will be looking smarter by end of Q1-14.
