Edited--Thanks Bob. No, they have not responded to me calling them out. This much is known. They were spurned in their legal attempt to view the financials of TMM (QBID) after two delays and many alleged communications with Frank and his attorney to tighten up the process ensuring they would get to view the information requested in accordance with the Sec of State, Washington. Upon returning both posted on the boards, that they got another tour of the facility and everything was great.
Bob, they also stated that they were asked to sign an NDA, convert their shares to restricted and they were to be prohibited from posting on the boards ever again. All of that is not required legally. They should have said that and demanded to see the books. (I believe that this is related to junks post stating that the QBID boys sized these pikers up as having little, to no intestinal fortitude).
They ate at a Jack-in-the-Box after they left the studio. No mention of what they had.
All of this leads me to believe that they were given "the bumb's rush" and are now in semi-seclusion due to extreme embarrassment
PS--it has now been reported by an eyewitness that junks had a bacon cheeseburger!
Bob, still have not heard from them, even after several repeat attempts on my part. By the way, you might be intersted in knowing that there is a new poster on here claiming that you were stalking people going in and out of the Burbank studio. Were you out there and what can you report?
