these haven't been hanover shares imo. they aren't owed much more. they could have already been distributed and sold for all we know. just waiting on the 8k...
they are only owed 30 some mil i believe which would only account for 20% of the volume the last 2 weeks...something like that...
Just saying...blaming the Dr. for "dumping shares" is wrong. All shares disbursed to Hanover have been indicated on the filings...to date only 30mil have yet to be disbursed....and Hanover is under no obligation to sell the last disbursement. Look at it this way...initially with startups additional shares are being sold help to clean the balance sheet which paves the way for better, nondilutive, financing....which is better for the long term success of the company. GO SVFC $$$$
