Perhaps but I am starting to think that govt taking the warrants will lead to another set of lawsuits, essentially a "piling on" because early next year the govt is already repaid. So why would the Ackmans of the world not sue if the gov't gets greedy?
Have been a common stock skeptic but things are changing fast. Probably a safe bet other large investors have been accumulating as well, and have already researched legal angles to large common ownership.
