Yes, there is creeping expropriation or defacto nationalization, especially once net investment is zero or less for both. It's not yet explicit expropriation or actual nationalization for us the non-cumulative preferreds. We are in limbo but not a permanent or illegal one, It's true that this can't continue much longer.
