Tesla thanks for the update, it gives us some picture to ponder about, thanks again, you have been always objective, overall apart from details of the CC, what is your gut feeling about all this, I mean with the dilution rate like this combined with tanking share price he will go through that billion AS by new year, I think the most troublesome the continued dilution modus operande, no specific dates, some time 2014, everything is very general forward looking statements. IMO

Tesla, may be it is not a fair question but when he says that they start hiring full time staff, the ultimate question is how are they going to compensate those people, Floyd doesn't have two dimes to rub together without issuing a couple million shares, he doesn't have enough cash to pay interest on that debt. Those kind of inconsistencies really bother me. IMO
