I think there is more than rumor of a TW buyout being they put $200 million into this company less than six months ago. Regardless of rumors or not though I'm out before the 10K is filed in February because I don't think TW will release any news of a buyout anytime soon being they can't exercise their stock conversion for a few years. In the short term I see share price increasing a bit and then pulling back after the filing. I'll take my %20 or so and run
