It's your opinion that they are facts.

In one breath you say the CEO is a crook. In the other you say there is potential.

I do agree the diluting is there although small. But so is the volume, hence the walk downs in SP.

As you posted days ago, the diluting should stop soon since they reduced the A/S to 600m. Eric would look like a blasted fool if he had to raise it again so soon.

We really don't know when those MMs get the shares; I assume the same day the TA says so.

WHAT WILL MAKE OR BREAK this company will be realizing most of the revenues that are being discussed being made or not, not small diluting or even the debt.

This business has high profit margins going for them also.

It.is.common.knowledge.that.shorting 959K (50% of volume) shares today.would.create.the.impression/illusion of dilution, right??? hiding shares behind a fake 10K thru CSTI (or sometimes behind a 250K) ask SIMULATES dilution when in fact there is NONE, right??? silly puppy games...

still waiting an explanation for how otcshortreport.com showed ZERO daily short volume on certain days that definitely had bidwacks/sells...I thought ALL SELLS WERE SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP AS SHORT SHARESinitially on otcshortreport.com before settling....

makes ZERO sense...nice try though...
