I believe their shares(Leyva and Fisher) are also "exempt from registration" like most of the other "creditors of the company"(that is, people who are owed money by Wagner) so no one will know when the shares hit the market.

Any idea who this Thomas McConnell is? How did a house builder become a Board member? There is a lot more DD out there but most of these posters are not aware of it
