A lot of strange action in this stock. Many have tried to explain it. Many are convinced they have it figured out. I sure don't.

However, I sure love the patents and the ballz of the company.

Seems counterintuitive I agree but there are a LOT of trapped and unhappy "longs" as well as traders who play to $3.20 and wait for either a delay or simply no news that grind's this back to $2.80. Let's face it, anything less than a German injunction tomorrow will be "disappointing" for the stock which has gone up for 2 days on the assumption 2 countries = settle....
