To clarify, I'm not sure if this P3 will require thousands of participants. I'm making an assumption. My point is that P3 approval is not coming next week or next month.
thank you for the info. I do not plan on selling. I will ride it out to the end whether it be good or bad. I was able to accumulate a number of shares by buying and selling before and after the pumps. I think those opportunities are gone so now it is time to sit back and see where it goes.
