Yes, it depends though on who you ask. Right now there is 3 possibilities, 2013, 2104 or never.

Does anyone know when the PR is coming

Which one of the rumored PRs?

A. The company lawyers are going to slap the SEC around, and force them to reverse the suspension. Everything will be cleared up in a couple of weeks.

B. A MM has been lined up to file a 211, by Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon".

C. Reid has "drawn a line in the sand", and the SEC better cooperate or else! By Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon".

D. KMAG is going to perform a double back flip into a pink Shell, by Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon".


E. KMAG revenues in the $10s of million$$$ with a secret contract, to be announced by Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon".


F. KMAG is going to be bought out for at least $1/shr! By Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon".

Or do you mean the current rumor? Where KMAG is going to buy another company, while filing a super 8K, where it's impossible for it to file an 8K - oops. So when does the prediction say the PR is coming? Shall we try: By Weds, end of week, end of month... "soon"? Note the angle of Reid becoming Santa Claus can be pushed. After Jan comes, then the forum gets to loop back to "B", and "D". That should take things up to March. At which point another round of "F" where this time the other company currently identified is going to buy KMAG instead. That should be good until Jun.

Then again when the SEC files litigation, then the recycling of rumors stops - well sort of. Guess one could always loop back to "A", and claim the company lawyers will force the SEC to back off of the litigation. Then recycling the other rumors again.
