great post !!! .... I especially like the fact that

that is one reason that he is not diluting .....

he knows that increasing the PPS is a better way to go !

and knows how to do it !

P.S.

WNTR has been having a few WILD swings (within an hour) the last few days.
I have seen that happen in the past on a few plays over the years.
Wild swings like that
were ALWAYS followed by a HUGE ( like 400 - 700 % ) increase in PPS
over a short period of time.
