we don't know that they are shady dealings. that is what lakewoood labeled them...maybe lakewood is exaggerating...and being shady. maybe lakewoods report is a last ditch desperate plea for price to tank...so they can make their clients big bank. after all, they are in this for profit.
but the way you worded your sentence it appears that you are considering lakewoods report as accurate without hearing from the other side. everyone is privy to their own way of viewing.
maybe none of how Frost conducted business was anything like lakewood has attempted to make it appear. or maybe lakewood is right and Frost will sink his own boat once we hear his explanation.
that is why he, Frost, stated through a p.r. that many of the issues brought up are "distorted and inaccurate".
