Nice to you back on IHUB.. If there is anyone that can spin this as a positive,, you are the man.. I tried long ago to point out that Jim Dial signed the PR release for LTBI as thier PR contact.. I was told he did this because GFCI was purchasing LTBI and that he had no connection with LTBI... I guess the real problem was that Jim just didn't do his home work and ask for the sharecount and finanicals on LTBI..And now no one seems to get a handle on the finanicals and sharecounts of GFCI.. As to the relationship between the two companies being arms length or not that is an issue for the courts,,, and not a board.. If as posted this has happened several times and press releases put out by more than one company was boilerplated then the relationship is more than meets the eye.. I read the 500,000 share buyback which seemed to be the same and being both headquartered at the same address seems to point to the fact that they were more than friendly neighbors... I hope all that are left make money in this stock but if I were a shareholder based upon what has surfaced today I would in the tradition of Cramer,, SELL,, SELL,, SELL.... Now that BBB is back I am positive he will have a logical explanation for the GFCI news of the day...
