I respectivly disagree,
Just like in the complaint filed with the SEC, I have solid proof that those 17,000 constant bashing posts deterred some newbies, friends, family and small holders to refrain from averaging down. T I S&L is all over the company, other posts and serious " false" statements.
The good news about this country, is I can sue you for anything and you HAVE to answer, and this is far more serious than this. besides a fund would help bear the costs.
