Really? Appreciate that being pointed out, however, LLC's, S Corp or C Corp designations pretty much follow the same laws, but I am sure many were aware of that already.
It really doesn't matter, GDSM is going nowhere, NO BID again today, and meager volume. This is what happens when Corporations swindle their investors, which 99% of Stinky Pinks do.
Cannot wait for the day they shut this market down to anyone not carrying Audited Financials, it will be here soon enough too.
