I have stocks like that though they're in a long-term portfolio. Like PAAS at $3.15 when Bill Gates was buying it. And lots of
other miners, coal, oil, natural gas stocks which are in a
secular bull market.

I'm still too timid of tech stocks to do much more than trade
them and I have a particular account for that.

The $HUI was up 18% in January and that's a pretty amazing
return for an industry group. I haven't checked the return
of the $SOX though.

At any rate, most everyone that I know except for the heavily
short are happy with their January stock returns.
