The advise I was given yesterday was that before some of these penny stock companies merge with other companies and eaither have a forward or reverse split it would be best to sell what you have. The advise I also got was to look well into the companies your buying shares in to know if you should fold before the mergers begin. We are dealing with penny stock companies and not dollar stock companies........4 to 6 weeks for them to transfer over the new shares...I must have heard this 5 times.....Yesterdays value was .280...in my novice opinion this may well be what we are truly dealing with.......We are not talking about a billion dollar corporation............I hope for $5 dollars but for now will be happy if they will change over the shares before we have nothing......
