It's a holiday chestnut play.

We have Morgan Stanley accumulating and Tongley still holding.

Company has started communicating again.

Take private 1.60 still on until they say it isn't, per the original offer letter.

Retraction at this point would really surprise me in light of the recent PR's. I really do see the recent communication as that last bit of transparency to cover they arse before going private. Coupled with Nevada listing, class action won't be a factor.

Plenty of warts here just like TBOW and FSIN but Morgan Stanley the common factor.
