Correct me if I'm Wrong, but it is the NP-1 that hasn't launched right?

That version is the NVidia Tegra 4 chipset with Jellybean software. I have not seen anyone put together a non mobile device or non handheld device with this chipset. NTEK is offering something that hasn't been done with this....maybe that is why there is a delay.
