236 I have told you this before. 90% per Sec was fake. Out of 50 million filed that year that leaves 5 million as legit. The products were selling in Walmarts etc. It was the foreign sales that were in question. Even 5 million was more then most of these OTC ever do. On the money they spend on ads etc well we know what they used it for was not about selling product. It was in stadiumns etc to get people to look up company and buy the stock. They were selling and growing. It's sad that management was not happy with that and had to make up sales.
I don't own SPNG stock, and only did for a brief time during the big pump, but the point you are making about advertising isn't valid. SPNG never actually advertised the product, but were advertising the stock during the 10-20 million advertising budget you refer to.
