He is a valuable consultant to the Co..There is a significant difference between a consultant and a paid promoter.I have a legal backround and a son and uncle who are attorneys. I suggest that you ease up as you are liable to slander accusations. Incidentally,SCRC and we all owe are utmost appreciation for joe"s efforts in saving the co.When he was hired the co. was trading 10to20,000 sh. per day with little hope of even getting vulture financing.Soon through joe"s work, trading was increased to 350,000 to 400,000 per day. This saved the co. and enabled horrible converts and loans to be made to keep the co. afloat!! I do not know what service the other holders of restricted stock performed but they above all do not sell because they know of the company's potential more than others. Also your dating of potential restricted stock sales is off because the company must okay it followed by the Transfer Agent which causes a delay on your 12/6 accusations.
