Yes, ZER01 of Ben Piilani was secretly bankrolled by Net Capital.
Of course, Zer01 was a complete bust, anyone who invested in Pervasip in the hope that Zer01 was legit was scammed.

Years later, when Net Capital "invested" in Pervasip (in fact, was a willing conduit for dilutive Convertible Debentures,) Ben Piilani was listed (with photo), as one of the directors of Net Capital. After 3 weeks, his name was silently removed from Net Capital website.

And no, I had no money invested in PVSP at the time, not at any time.
