Well we should all make a concious effort to vote him out. It is possible that it would be profitable if an entepreneur or a solid company took it over, rather than some old, non creative flat accountant thats trying to get one last shot at scamming some money. If that doesn't happen I am selling in mid January and lose whatever I lose.

Eenad,
I believe the following needs to be accomplished.

1. Simpson needs to be removed by the shareholders via proxy or removed for cause by the board.

2. Sufficient capital needs to be raised in order to implement a real marketing and sales strategy instead of the "Glenn Simpson one man band" approach.

3. Accomplished beverage executives, marketing and sales talent need to be hired to execute on a stragey that will bring this product to scale and market the product in a way that Chiquita will expand the contract to all fifty states instead of the three state current deal which Simpson has.

4. The product line needs to be expanded to include other more mainstream products.

5. The company needs to control its own production facility instead of producing at the Sunny D plant in Nj if it is to succeed. Having sunny d making a Chiquita product is like having Pepsi bottle for Coke.
