And you do realize that the group you hate so much had a deal with a company that was worth $4 billion a couple of years later, but that was killed by shareholder litigation, and they actually had started a new business that had made a profit before more shareholder litigation was threatened. And eventually you can get tired of shareholders trying to stop everything, and you let them, meaning you since you were among those praising shareholder litigation foryears, take over.. and so you were among the winners in 2007 weren't you! So, you won, and you are so happy about it, right?
