There is no "Licensing Agreement". There are terms in the settlement that force the Company to use Michael's company for all 2D to 3D conversions for 10 years at Michael's price.
This has been verified with the settlement filings that I brought to the board a while back. Please read it again. No dots to be connected here, it is spelled out in English.

Joseph does not even know who Clark Ortiz or Eddie Vakser are.
Final proof is that Michael and Clark do not follow each other on Twitter. Seeing how much the flock views Twitter as a viable source of DD, this should be gospel. (pun intended)
