I definitely think so imho, they dropped it to steal shares and take out stops, i'm hoping for 0.05 soon with NUVI.

Yesterday millions of shares were bought in the 0.025-0.035 range, millions!! They know something we don't so i'm definitely holding this little gem. The float is only around 15 million shares!!
