Here's the last response I got from MDSE, in January 2005:

Dear Mr. Dupre:

The shares in Midas carry a one year restriction. On September 22, 2005 you may request a legal opinion from our company counsel. You then submit the legal opinion and the share certificate to your broker who will be able to fill out Rule 144 paperwork for you and sell the shares on the open market.

My name is Paul Dupre. I own shares of MDAS which were given to me by Angelciti Entertainment as restricted shares.

When are these shares going to be "unrestricted" (eligible for sale)? Just a ballpark date would be fine.
When the shares become unrestricted, will my broker be notified?
