Because I am going to their statement of not being able to cover with restricted shares if you short it. With that statement I believe that the only way you are going to be able to remove the restriction is to submit the actual certificate to the T/A to get the new one issued. This will make it fully accountable and no shorting of those shares are capable of being done! A very smooth process one year from now! jmho
