If they have signed a contract with a particular company or agency, that 'condfidential clause' applies to that contract only, not everything they have going on. Aftc has stayed under the radar due to JM's policy. And that is the course they are still on. I'm not sure if we will ever see a change in that. Jim had a very negative attitude regarding aftc stock.
