Just to add...I don't know how rich Mark Lowenthal is, but if I had the tools to work with like he does, ie, EPA approval, market penetration, board, clinical trials...I would work my butt off 24/7 for 2 years to achieve that performance bonus...beats the heck out of getting pennies for dilution. Eey.
