I was reading that audited financials are required for the 10-K filing, which makes me now aware of why they had that done.

So does the fiscal year for GDGI end on January 15th, or January 31st? The deadline schedule given by Wikipedia did not make it clear to me if GDGI fits into the 75 day, or the 90 day requirement.
