I called HESG's current transfer agent "Pacific Stock Transfer Co." and they are indeed quoting the G. Smith's amendment document from Tom Gaffney's FL incorporation.
I let Malou Samson know of some discrepancies and she said they would look into it and acted surprised. If they do or don't it is up to us shareholders to make sure they change their numbers.

Great Point JUPITER1963....I dont think those share were ever distributed.I think Gaffney increased the (SS) to 20B to try and hold onto (HESG).I also think Mr.Smith is (aka-Gaffney).I dont remember any kind of dilutions starting in 2/2010 or anytime there after.Because thats win the so called dilutions or sell's of (HESG) stocks would have started after 2/2010...jmo...Hold onto those shares.(HESG)

The question to ponder that might shed some light on this is that if the share increase was illegal and all those shares were distributed who is legally responsible for them >?

yes how about the transfer agent that refused to disclose information and freaked anytime I called asking questions. ANDDDDDDDD why is G. Smith Listed as the new transfer agent on the annual report filed for 2013 at Suznbiz???

Jup, I posted that there were zero common shares in 2009.. Did you ask the new transfer agent to verify it?
