for sure .. "It's good to know he didn't FOOL everybody . . ..."

If he doesn't speak fairly fluent Spanish (apparently he took a few lessons, but can't find more) it's hard, though
it's a self-identification thing, to accept he can validly justify being culturally attached to the Hispanic family.

Then again apparently it seems it's not a prerequisite. Just seems it should be.
