There IS no "dilution." The 3.6-Million-Shares represented a
PRIVATE PLACEMENT from/by/to a Shareholder, several years ago.

Can you provide proof of your statement of fact?

I believe there was a post stating a belief of that, but I see you're stating it as fact.

Yes...of course. They didn't sell those shares when the stock was at $.02 or $.03....they waited until the stock was at .006 to sell.

Sales are down and VV is not taking off. Frankly, I'm not that surprised that dilution is occurring.

Regardless of where the shares come from, it DEFINITELY IS dilution.

The number of outstanding shares increased. That, my friend, IS DILUTION!!
