AZ, yes you are correct if I understand your thought process. We believe there is what is called a CSSA or Confidential Stipulation Settlement Agreement, or just a Stipulation but they WILL NOT use settlement and will probably just use " according to the stipulation" and so on.

There is no reason for this to trade and not be closed out unless there is something there but again, HERO or ZERO. My gut tells me we get paid and my gut before the Amy decision was that she sold us out BUT, BUT that time I did NOT listen to my gut and it cost me!!!Good luck and take care.
