Nope they are just late again when we all knew AMD would have this kind of quarter. They will probably be late again if a reversal takes place as this Herd is a following one not a trail-blazing one. The chances of AMD doing a dividend is just pie in the sky as more dilution will take place to cover more bills and debts which is a good way for the company to pay off its debts using the high stock price. As to your other answers there is no technical analysis as I thought behind your don't fear the NGA stance just some sort of vague wishful thinking which is fine as it goes but others may need something more concrete to go on.
