I do not understand why history FACTS do not click with you or Rick.

Trust me, facts click with me. I was simply pointing you in the direction of the information you were looking for. HR penned a nice predictive post - I informed you.

History will repeat.

We shall see. I have my own opinion concerning the matter but I'm going to keep it to myself for a plethora of reasons I won't discuss here. Feel free to email me at your convenience.

No one can predict the future, it is best to deal in facts.

1. MDMN is a non-SEC reporting stock.
2. MDMN has a gagged transfer agent.
3. MDMN has not officially stated they are partnering with Volcan. The rumored JV with Volcan is simply that, a rumor started by shareholders.
4. MDMN has failed to land a JV for 16 years.
5. MDMN chose to partner with Ulander (a known crook) last time. Epic fail.
6. MDMN has very little in the way of documentation concerning the possible resources on their flagship property.
7. MDMN has provided no audited financials.
8. MDMN has provided no receipts for the ore they claimed was being processed.
9. MDMN has not provided any chain of custody documentation for any core samples taken on any of the properties.
10. MDMN has done a terrible job of proofreading their communications to shareholders leading many to believe they are completely incompetent and incapable of running the company.

The list could go on and on but I'll stop there. It is entirely up to the investment public to determine who they want to believe and how to interpret their DD. I have done plenty of DD on my own and I know where I stand.
