Agree with you. Additionally, in the OTC world, a name change is usually coupled with something negative such as a reverse split. I think the share price will decline until we know it is nothing more than a name change.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday when I read the filing, but then I thought about the name they chose. Remember, Emry came from an extensive medical industry background and so I am sure he has been down this road before. BioCorRx sounds like more of a Biotech company in the medical industry so maybe they are going to expand to to other drugs and programs? I also agree that "Fresh Start" is a very generic and common used phrase/name on the web. IMO we should be more focused on what they changed the name to rather then the fact they changed it.

I don't understand the motivation to change the name to BioCorRx. It makes less sense than the old name considering the nature of their business.
