That's the switching adapter. I'm talking about the actual device called the: "Nuvola NP-H1" There is no listing of the "Nuvola NP-H1" with the FCC, UL or CE. I'm just asking why not? You're taking an unnecessary gamble by not registering with them. It all revolves around 'product liability.'

As I have posted before, the certification was done by our contract manufacturer, and the certifications are in their name with their factory. Products can be certified at any point in the manufacturing / sales / distribution chain, we chose to have it done at the manufacturing point.

That would apply if you are reselling an existing system produced by your "manufacturer".
