This confirms the notion that we in America can never and will never have real estate financial with out gov. control in some form or another. We need to be able to impose requirements like 30 years terms and if it is true 40 years terms are are coming back for sure fnf and gov backstop are and will be around for many generations to come.

I am in mtg business and love fnf. Also long with fnf.
