Good point on the reverse split and I agree. I do believe that when and if Quture does go the reverse split route, IMO, it will solely be for moving up to a better exchange for better exposure and luring in the institutional investors.

RS isn't good, but if company cancel some shares at least we know they don't want to sell more shares.
