Okay. So you're saying that although anyone can learn to drive a race car, it takes time and experience to win a race.

Not, perhaps, the best analogy, because the performance of other vehicles and drivers, to a considerable extent unpredictable, plays a role.

But what is particularly complex about the processor? What qualities or proficiencies must the operator possess to enhance performance the way Bordy's presence is said to do, and how much time is required for them to be learned?
