yip, said this a year and a half ago.

My thoughts some time back is that they are trying to take this company private, by giving themselves tons of free shares and diluting the common shareholders down to nothin. This still looks like a possibility with "private" perhaps not meaning just 3 guys...but a few entities rather lots of pesky shareholders.
