Actually I think I have found some other information which might help.

Speaking of changing phone companies, I saw a commerical on TV last night that was for TracFone... the phone only cost $29.99 and is only $7 a month (with lots of minutes) with no contract. Maybe this is what Michaels needs to invest in... I mean, buying one of those phones for himself.

Also in the info I found, Apogee Technology Consultants (I say the whole name because there is another business called Apogee Technology but it is in AZ (I think), so I just want to be clear) Anyway... ATC... has a smart phone... maybe, since he seems to be friends or maybe business partners, he could get one of those phones. Just a thought.

And again I would like to say, on an investment note.. WHY WHY WHY would HPNN every go anywhere? Why would anyone believe it has any hope? Between Obama giving away phones and TracFone with it's plan.. even if HPNN had a phone, it couldn't compete. So I want to ask Catch, why do keep saying "next week"...are you trying to be funny or just irritating?
