What I also do is OBTAIN INFORMATION FROM DOCUMENTS. This is what is important as the documents will serve as a reference for people to discern what I write.
I agree...you can't manipulate the outcome you DESIRE with the continued writing. The company is well aware of what they are doing. And people that are contacting the company?? Really???
