Think the mailers for the split went out and gathering these are people who got it today and looking to get out, dum move. Even split this can and should easily run back to .04+, or $4.00+ post split.
Their driver awareness deal worth $96 million....even split that is a .02+ stock. That makes any shares down here super cheap...arghhhh, i need to sell something to grab panic shares.
