I am going to guess he is going to get the bottom of the federal sentencing guidelines of 33 months. Of which he will get 3.3 months off, and split the 29 months in the Federal BoP and a halfway house if he is lucky. Add three years supervised release where his probation officer will make random visits to his home, maybe even at 5 am. He will get to provide his DNA to the FEDs and be forced to show the US Probation records on the source of his income, such as a job and not the sale of NTEK securities while he is promoting the NTEK securities on the internet.
